I discovered Flightradar24 a few years ago. It's a great site to monitor live air traffic around the globe. There is a similar site for marine traffic. And it's called... MarineTraffic.
I sometimes complain about Vancouver... The traffic. The noise. The people!! How expensive it is. And sometimes, we think about leaving. But on days like today, and with views like this, we aren't going anywhere. At least, not yet.
Major detour affected my route today. Parks crew was doing rock scaling along the seawall (all the way around the Point). It is closed Monday to Friday for the next 3 weeks.
Not to make up any excuses - because I really haven't felt great out there the last couple of times - but skating when the path is wet and covered in foliage is not any fun.
